Where can I buy the app?
Apps are sold through iTunes App Store. When viewing the app page on our site, click on the image that says "Available on the App Store" to purchase it. Apps cannot be purchased from the Timber Press Web site.
How can I return my app?
What do I do if I was incorrectly charged for my app?
You will need to contact Apple for a refund. Timber Press cannot refund transactions you have made through iTunes App Store. Please see "How to report an issue with Your iTunes Store purchase" on the Apple Web site.
Do I have to pay for upgrades?
No. Any upgrades or updates will be free to users of existing apps.
Which devices support your apps?
Our apps were developed specifically for the iPhone and iPod Touch, with an iOS of 2.0 or greater. Apps will also run on the iPad, though some functionality will be impaired. Apps will not work on other platforms, at present.
Why can't I get the app to download?
The app won't download via the 3G network. You will need to connect to a wireless network or connect your device to your computer.
What can I do if I notice an error in the app's content?
Contact us and let us know the error. Please provide as much detail as possible.
